What was the full context of the meeting between Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson and Usama Bin Laden that was held in a secret location in Afghanistan during the Clinton Administration. (Bill Richardson admitted to the meeting in an interview on CNN 9/13/01 but did not reveal any details. The reporter didn't ask any hard questions like "What was the purpose of the meeting?)
