March 2005 - The main
mission of The Minuteman Project is to bring national attention to the fact that the U. S.
Federal Government is not fulfilling its mission to protect American citizens from the
economic and physical danger of porous borders. The majority of peace loving Americans are
concerned about the massive amounts of unscreened, undocumented aliens walking right into
our country. Another fear that lurks in the dark corners of our minds is another 9-11
attack, or worse, a suit case bomb. Minutemen Civil Defense Patriots
There is evidence that noncitizens
are being registered and casting votes, but due to the laxity in checking the eligibility
of registrants and voters the full extent of the problem is not known. One of the most
extensively documented cases of illegal voting was in California in 1996. Loretta Sanchez,
a Democrat, defeated Republican incumbent Robert Dornan by 984 votes. Dornan called for an
investigation of alleged illegal voting by noncitizens. According to Congressional
Quarterly, a Washington, DC newspaper that focuses on developments in Congress, "Task
force Chairman [U.S. Representative] Vernon J. Ehlers, R-Mich., said investigators had
found concrete evidence of 748 illegal votes by noncitizens, not enough to throw Sanchez's
victory into doubt."
A lack of attention to the phenomenon of noncitizen voting and a failure to impose
penalties against those who cast votes fraudulently has rendered laws against such
activity meaningless. It is a federal crime to vote illegally. However, in all cases that
have been documented of illegal voting in recent years there apparently has never been a
prosecution and, therefore, no penalty has been assessed.

Casey Wian (CNN): "Congressman Kolbe said that 155,000 people had been apprehended
along the Arizona border in the first three months of this year."
Rep. Kolbe (to McCain): "That's about right, sir."
Sen. McCain: And they figure about one out of four or five are apprehended?"
Rep. Kolbe: "That's right."
Sen. McCain: "So, if you extrapolate those numbers, say 150,000 times four, that
would be about 650,000 people attempting or crossing in just a three month period...that

Homeland Security Farce - First Clinton - now Bush and Ridge ignore the scourge. Do they fear backlash and Loss of Hispanic Votes? Are they ignorant of the
laws on the books already.
2- 2004- Homeland Security Chief, Tom Ridge
said: "As a country we have to come to grips with the presence of 8 to 12
million illegals, afford them some kind of legal status some way. We have to
decide what our immigration policy is and then enforce it."
The number of illegal aliens in the U.S. grows daily with estimates ranging from 8 million
to 20 million. The U.S.Border Patrol reports over 1,200,000 apprehensions of Illegals on
Mexico-US border in 2004 alone and 36% were previously apprehended.
Osama Bin Laden and Mexican Criminals Love Open Borders. Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colorado
obtained records showing that since the Sept 11, 2001, terror attacks, agents from the
U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency have stopped hundreds of nationals from
countries considered a national security threat, including Syria, North Korea and Iran.
Those numbers indicate that thousands more from suspect nations made it across the border.
All U.S. citizens should be concerned about the terrorist element. Secure the Border
FIRST. Its over 5 years since 9/11 and the Senate, Congress and Bush are still jaw jacking
about amnesty and not fences with high tech equipment. The National Guard have no arrest
power.
A Message to Immigrants: Our Country was built on LEGAL Immigrants.
They learned to Speak our language first, respect our culture and integrated
into it. If you snuck over our Borders Illegally ...we ask you as politely
as we can "to get out now and legally apply for citizenship"

Arabs have been reported crossing the Arizona border for an
unknown period. Border rancher George Morgan encounters thousands of illegals crossing his
ranch on a well-used trail. He relates a holiday event: "It was Thanksgiving and I
stepped outside my house and there were over a hundred 'crossers' in my yard. Damnedest
bunch of illegals I ever saw. All of them were wearing black pants, white shirts and
string ties. Maybe they were hoping to blend in," he chuckled. "They took off, I
called the Border Patrol, and a while later, an agent let me know that they had caught
them.
