August 9, 2011 - The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced
an award of $28.8 million to 67 community health centers with funds from the
Obamacare health reform law. Spokeswoman Judy Andrews said that grant recipients will not check the immigration status of people seeking services.
Obamacare expensive and unlawful - 1,372 businesses, state and local
governments, labor unions and insurers, covering 3,095,593 individuals or
families have been granted a waiver from Obamacare.
If Obamacare is so terrific, then why do so many want to refuse it? Union
members are only about 10% of all employees but received over 50% of
waivers. Nearly 20% of the new waivers are in Nancy Pelosi’s congressional
district. This arbitrary “rule by waiver” negates and replaces the rule of
law. A study by The New England Journal of Medicine says that
nearly 1 out of every 2 doctors in the U. S. say they will
either quit or be forced out of business from the Obama healthcare reform. Obamacare will end Medicare as we know it.

threat to U.S. national security. Obama's political decision was made to
take credit for the operation. There was a choice to keep the mission
secret. Intelligence on Al Qaida from the captured computer drives,
video cassettes, CDs and thumb drives became useless before it could be looked
through. The U.S. could have left the mission secret and use the
intelligence to finish off al-Qaida.

Barack Obama appointed countless "czars" to oversee everything from the
closing of Guantanamo to the food we eat. These czars were not and don't
have to be approved by the Senate. They have unprecedented power and report
only to Obama. Members of both parties are disturbed by these
extra-constitutional excrescences. The late Democrat Sen. Robert Byrd said:
"The accumulation of power by White House staff can threaten the

Administration Objects to Alaska Oil and Gas Development Bill One
year ago the Obama administration imposed a deep-water drilling moratorium
on new oil and gas wells in response to the tragedy in the Gulf of Mexico.
The ban continues today - despite Obama's announcement in October that he
had lifted the moratorium. The U.S. Energy Information Administration,
reports that production from the Gulf of Mexico will fall by 130,000 barrels
per day in 2011 because of the moratorium and decline in drilling permits.
Three months ago a federal court ordered the Obama administration to act on
five deep water drilling permits in the Gulf of Mexico calling the delays
"unreasonable, unacceptable, and unjustified."
Cuba announced plans to drill five deepwater oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico
this summer. Cuban authorities said their crude reserves are as
high as 20 billion barrels. Cuba's economic zone in the Gulf, is not far
from Key West in the US state of Florida. It's divided into 59 blocs. 20 are
ventures with Spain, Norway, India, Venezuela, Malaysia and Angola.
When Obama spoke at a town hall meeting at Gamesa Technology Corp., a
Spanish company that makes giant turbines that use wind to generate
electricity, he cautioned that
it's going to be tough to transition from America's oil-dependent economy
and said there's little he can do to lower gas prices. "I'm just
going to be honest. There's not much we can do now,". Obama needled one man
who asked about gas prices. "Mr. President, ...
what do you intend to do about gas prices? Obama suggested that the
gentleman consider getting rid of his gas-guzzling vehicle. "If you're
complaining about the price of gas and you're only getting 8 miles a gallon,
you know," Obama said laughingly. "You might want to think about a
trade-in." However, the man had a newer vehicle that gets over 26 miles to
the gallon. Families spent an average of $370 on gas last month. In April
2009, they spent just $200.

Credit rating agency Standard & Poor's downgraded the
United States' credit rating for the first time in the history of the
ratings. The credit rating agency cut the
country's top AAA rating by one notch to AA+.
S&P said that in addition to the downgrade, it is issuing a negative
outlook, meaning that there was a chance it will lower the rating further
within the next two years if the agency sees less reductions in spending
than Congress and the administration have agreed to make.
