Some legal analysts, while respectful of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's
efforts, criticized the governor for not using the executive powers they believe he had to
take Terri Schiavo into protective custody. Bush filed a motion to that end with Pinellas
Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer, who had presided over the case for seven years, but
it was rejected. The governor's critics maintain, however, he did not need judicial
permission to act.

Not one reporter asked about a full body autopsy. Only one reporter asked a hard

spots appeared on many parts of her body...her limbs were cold...she died with dignity

Only one reporter asked a hard question. "How do you say she died with
dignity...didn't you starve her to death?" Felos said, "she didnt starve....2

Can the Schlinders have at least a lock of her hair? Felos said, "Michael was
generous and will allow the Schlinders to take what they wanted from the room. The

George Felos said Michael had a private room near Terri's room and was living at the
hospice since they started the starvation process legally granted to them. He was also on
hand to guard from intruders and allow visits as he deemed necessary. Felor said,
"Terri had a right to die ....We suffered through the distressing parade of
politicians giving their opinions...Father Pavone caused us grief. It was disquieting to
hear the Priest issue venom and make harsh statements about Mr Schiavo...
We requested (ordered) the Priest and schlinders to leave the room ... we needed to have
an assessment by the hospice administrator...Bobby Schlinder was resistant wanted to
remain in room. Michael said he must be taken out of the room
she deserved better than to have her brother there because of the dispute.. We entered
....it was apparent it was the final moments...
What we constantly heard were angry accounts. What was paramount to Michael was her death
process.
Felos said, "There is no dispute...prior to he feeding tube removed...we
petitioned and had the court order that cremation is approprate. Michael wants to pursue
cremating (destroying) her body and any put a stop to all the rumors" (potential

Does Michael have a life insurance policy on Terri. Felor, "to my knowledge I do not
know."
