VINCE FOSTER CASE CLOSED

The ghost of the late Clinton White House counsel Vince Foster is destined to remain restless forever -
perhaps to haunt the Clinton's Chappaqua, N.Y., home - now that the U.S. Supreme Court has put an end to efforts to have released to the public autopsy photos of Foster that might have shed light on the circumstances surrounding his strange death, which was ruled a suicide.

The court blocked release of the photos in a ruling issued March 30,2004. There have been numerous reports over the past 10 years questioning whether Foster killed himself or was murdered. You may recall that Judicial Watch took legal action on behalf of Accuracy in Media against the U.S. Justice Department, the FBI and the National Park Service, seeking documents related to the Clinton administration and other flawed investigations into Foster's death. We're disappointed that the Supreme Court essentially endorsed the results of those investigations despite evidence that they were seriously deficient.
